Is there a way to make a change on one of my proxy servers (and call it the central server) and have it uplaod that new file to all the other servers?

In a situation similar to yours I have created a central "management" sy
stem which would scp the necessary files (included from the main
squid.conf) to the running caches and then reconfigure them (the wonders
of ssh's authorized_keys).
