Dear All,

I have just install Squid-2.6.Stable10 in one of my FreeBSD-6.1 server.
Everything seems to be working fine expect that I see the following
messages in my cache.log.

Every 10-15 seconds, I see an entry like the following:

Short response on port 53738. Expecting 1275 octets more

The ports are random and so are the octets number.

I have compiled Squid using the same configurations for my other squid
servers.

Is this something to be aware of? Can somebody shed some light on this ?

With best regards and good wishes,

Yours sincerely,
