Please be a bit more specific. HTTP does not have pages.. (just
objects..).

0) Is this a forward proxy for LAN -> Internet access, or a reverse
proxy for Internet -> Your web server?

a) Do you want Squid to ignore the hostname component of received URLs
and always return the same site?

b) Do you want to redirect the user to a specific page unless the URL is
for that server?

c) As 'b' but without a redirect just rewriting the requested URL on the
fly. Requires the redirection page to use absolute URLs as the browser
is unaware the URL has been changed under it's feets.
