Depends. Does your squid work as you expect?

cd /usr/ports/www/squid
make config
# At this point, select the options you want.

You need certain directives in squid.conf for transparent proxying.
You will find them in squid.conf.default, which is by far the best
starting point.
Google is also there :-)
