[squid-users] squid no space left on device

Hello,

i ran into a problem with squid that it was saying there is no space left on
device, while there was more then 2GiB free.

cache.log says all over the day:

Then it suddendly tried to restart it self over and over again.

cache_dir is configured with following entry in squid.conf
    cache_dir diskd /appl/squid-cache 23552 64 512 Q1=72 Q2=64
while the device got 25GiB space.

Any ideas why squid is reacting like that?
