If you are transparently intercepting port 80 and having it redirected
to the proxy without having proxy settings in the client then Squid
needs to be properly configured for this kind of operation.
With Squid-2.6 the required configuration is
http_port 3128 transparent
assuming you redirect the traffic to port 3128.
