[squid-users] please how i get clear this

Sir
i am using squid for 3 isp in one cache by round-robin
it is working very good
But some times when any of is expire it give isp,s
renew page

ok
but after that even the isp is connected and renewd
this page srucks in cache and
And after every two three pages this page open and the
browser connect only by refresh

I want this page must blocked by my squid
how it is done
this problem is until i clean and rebuild cache
