[squid-users] why some sites not open

Here saudi telliphone site
with squid in browser

stc.com.sa
 bicomes
http://stc.com.sa/cgi-bin/cws/portal/ep/inithome.do
page will not open give error
with error HTTP 404

then if i try it without proxy direct from isp

stc.com.sa
becomes
http://stc.com.sa/cwsPortal/cws.portal

and page open

why squid didnt open this url
And what changes i have to do in squid
