Squid is listening only on a private address now, what will the source
address of response from Squid be?

You need as many public addresses as number of Squid instances you'd
like to run in a single box, and configure each instance to listen on a
different public address, e.g.:

Instance 1:

         http_port 192.168.60.7:80
         http_port 168.215.102.126:80
         udp_incoming_address 192.168.60.7
         udp_outgoing_address 255.255.255.255

Instance 2:

         http_port 192.168.60.8:80
         http_port 168.215.102.127:80
         udp_incoming_address 192.168.60.8
         udp_outgoing_address 255.255.255.255

Hope that helps.
