[squid-users] ICAP patch for squid 2.6 STABLE16

Hi,

I am using squid 2.6 STABLE16 running on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS. I would like
to enable ICAP support. Is there is any patch for squid 2.6 STABLE16?

On the other hand, I tried to patch the source with the following :-

http://devel.squid-cache.org/cgi-bin/diff2/icap-2_6.patch

and then edit the source codes to merge the rejected lines into the
code. However, there was no icap objects after compilation. Can the
icap-2.6 patch be applied to squid 2.6 STABLE16? Or there is something
missing?
