Problem solved.
I installed squid 2.6 and tested with the same config of 3.0.
It worked directly.

Hi Squid users,
i have a question about the two helper program on squid.
Both programs are working on the command line but if i want to
authenticate the user over the proxy authentication nothing happens.

During the sniffs using wireshark i get the information that the browser
 (tested with Firefox and Internet Explorer) authenticator send the
credentials like "username:password", which is not that what the helper use.

Is there any flag which changed the separator for this commands or an
other workaround?

Server OS: Ubuntu faisty
Squid : version 3
AD Server: Windows 2003
