Henrik, thanks for your quick reply.

I did update to 3.0 and a response Cache-Control: no-store is properly cached; however, when response has Cache-Control: no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate it is not properly cached despite it being configured to ignore all of these....it seems like the combination is causing a problem.

I filed a bug 2344.

You need to upgrade, or to look into implementing this in 2.6.
