[squid-users] What happened to proxy_auth_realm in squid 3?

Hello,

I'm switching from a squid 2.x based proxy using basic authentication
to one using NTLM and domain authentication. It is working great.

However, for computers not on the domain, such as my linux
workstation, I get an authentication popup in firefox saying:

enter username and password for proxy "" at 10.2.1.201:3128.

How do I name my proxy? I found documentation for proxy_auth_realm,
but configuring that gives:

2008/05/17 21:52:09| cache_cf.cc(346) squid.conf:3 unrecognized:
'proxy_auth_realm'

The old proxy used auth_param basic realm but I cannot find an
analogous configuration option for NTLM.

Thank you,

Steve King
