You can't test the helper like this. You need to send it an Kerberos
GSSAPI blob using a special request format very similar to that used for
NTLM helpers.
The -d N flagto Squid just sets the stderr log filter level of the
logged messages. It's also subject to debug_options (or "squid -k
debug") which controls what gets logged..
