That depends on two things:
 MSN transferring the file through squid as HTTP.
 Being able to identify the file transfer.

If either of the above fails the files get through. Re-directing any
on-HTTP transfer ports to Squid is not sufficient to process it in Squid.
It has to actively be sent via HTTP.
