Those are all successful requests going through.
NO failures mentioned.

Random guess for today would be: a security system at their end needing
a side connection from the same IP as authenticated ???

You'll need to figure out:
  what URI? sent from where? to where?
  how?? since its apparently not through Squid
and see if you can imagine the answer based on those results.
