[squid-users] refresh_pattern , how to setrefresh_time < 1minitues

Hi list,

I'm trying to set some kind of url to refresh itself in a specified time
(< 1 mintutes).

such as,
refresh_pattern \.php 1s 100% 1s

I searched the maillist, it seems this topic is discussed before,
but no final solution at that time.

Is it good way for now?
