[squid-users] max_user_ip directive on balanced proxy with ntlm authentication in AD2003

Hi, I’d like to know if there is any solution to implement a max_user_ip directive for avoiding user account sharing within a squid farm balanced by an hw appliance.
The squid servers are configured with ntlm authentication in Active Directory 2003.
