[squid-users] What's difference x-cache and x-cache-lookup ?

When I try to curl -I some object to squid,
it has output
x-cache: MISS
x-cache-lookup: HIT

so, I alter the refresh pattern, and than do curl the same object, and
squid answer
x-cache: HIT
x-cache-lookup: HIT

Could any guys here give explanation ?
