Which says WCCPv2 worked and the cache registered, but your router is
not seeing any packets matching your service definition at the
interface(s) where it's attached.
Soo your router documentation for requirements on the router WCCPv2
configuration, in particular requirements on which interfaces the
service need to be attached to.
