Hi,
I download squid 2.7 STABLE6 from http://squid.acmeconsulting.it/ and
extract it to C:\applications\squid-2.7. It failed to run and the
command line were below:

C:\applications\squid-2.7>sbin\squid.exe
FATAL: Unable to open configuration file: c:/squid/etc/squid.conf: (2)
No such file or directory
CPU Usage: 0.016 seconds = 0.016 user + 0.000 sys
Maximum Resident Size: 2112 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 523

Then replace all "c:/squid/" with "c:/applications/squid-2.7/" of the
config file squid.conf under directory
"C:\applications\squid-2.7\etc", then I ran squid with option -f  to
specify the config file manually, it outputed:

C:\applications\squid-2.7>sbin\squid.exe -f etc\squid.conf
FATAL: cache_dir c:/squid/var/cache: (2) No such file or directory
Squid Cache (Version 2.7.STABLE6): Terminated abnormally.
CPU Usage: 0.016 seconds = 0.016 user + 0.000 sys
Maximum Resident Size: 2196 KB
Page faults with physical i/o: 544

Is there anything I misunderstood? Or squid win32 version can work
well only if it's installed in directory "C:\squid\"?
