[squid-users] acl QUERY cgi-bin \?

I understand "acl QUERY urlpath_regex cgi-bin \?" corresponds to every url
which contains "cgi-bin" but I don't understand what means "\?"
Pheraps it quotes question mark ?! If yes, acl matches both "cgi-bin" and
"?", either "cgi-bin" or "?" ?!
