It appears that 6 weeks cooling its heels was not long enough time
period for anyone in the 64-bit world to build an RC release fixing one
of the two biggest problems Squid 3.0 has. /irony

This was notified to squid-dev a few days ago and the current snapshot
contains a patch for it.
