Hmm... my memory of PROXYPASS is slightly different, converting
Proxy-Authorization to WWW-Authorization.. plus it apparently not even
being documented in squid.conf.documented in Squid-3..
anyway, both of them forward Proxy-Authorization as-is, differing in
what other kind of magics they also do..
