Aye, the en-us alias were added to langpack since the last was merged
for 3.1.0.11. There was little time to bother with these polish merges
when the security advisory came out.

For now you can make the aliases manually, or there is an updated map
set and script to generate them in the langpack source bundle:
   http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/langpack/
(just check the parameters before running)
