[squid-users] Squid not caching - strange problem

have set up Squid 2.7 on Debian, I used Synaptic package manager to
install it, I did the entire config, followd the guide here:
http://doxfer.com/Webmin/SquidProxyServer, everthing went well and
seemed to be working.

But, in reality it was not caching.

I copied thsi pice from the access.log

PS: I installed videocache too and i have a strange problem with that
too, it seems to cache the video but does not really, I know this
because when i watch a youtube video from my pc and i then go back to
the video after a few min, it retrieves the video from the cache, but
if i try to go to the same video from another pc on the same LAN it
does not retrive it from the cache, and it does not even show up in
http://localhost/videocache.
