[squid-users] GETRIGHT don't listen DELAY POOLS

Dear Fellows:

I have set some delay pools and when I download wiht Getright, this =
don't respect the limitation, here is my config

acl MacsUser1 arp "/etc/squid/etc/rules/MacUser1"
######################################################
http_access allow MacUser1
######################################################
delay_pools 1
delay_class 1 1
delay_parameters 1 250/500
delay_access 1 allow MacUser1
delay_access 1 deny MacUser1

This is the interesting piece, the rest is just common configuration =
(cache, parent, etc.)
