   You did wrong just on the interpretation of what you're seeing on
cache.log.

    WARNING is not an ERROR. It's just WARNING you that 'HTTP requires
the use of Via' ... and which you have just disabled.

    There's nothing wrong, you've successfully disabled the Via thing.
