        Hello,

I try to purge request via HTTP with purge method. Squid cache
request with a vary tag.
To explain my problem, I have two request (Request A end Request B)
with the same url but with a variant. Getting result from cache for
Request A or Request B , every thing is ok.
I purge with giving simply the url . I have an 200 ok (after an 404 if
I retry)
But when I try the second url (Request B) after purging , I have an
HIT and it's not normal (I guess).
I notice that this problem is exposed here : http://markmail.org/message/juzeh4n2qlpkrzxf
And there is a bug about that : http://www.squid-cache.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1893

In change log I notice that:

Changes to squid-2.7.STABLE2 (31 May 2008)

- Back out incomplete patch for Bug #1893: Variant invalidation on
          PURGE and HTCP CLR

My version of squid is squid-2.7.STABLE6 (4 February 2009) for windows.
So is there an correction of this behaviour for an actual version of
squid (for windows) ?
Thanks a lot for your answer,

Regards Youenn.
