Then, When ICAP is used, can the user account be set to an arbitrary header by an arbitrary format?
(For example, in using the header defined by icap_client_username_header)

For example, can squid transmit following information by the setting?
X-Authenticated-User:<Fixed character string>/<USER ACCOUNT>
