Thats a core dump file. recording the exact state of system memory when
some application hit a fatal problem, probably squid due to its location.

Your squid had an "segmentation fault" or "assertion failed" at about
the same time the file was created.

Might be a new bug. If you have a debugger, please check it out and let
the dev know.
