Hi,

I encountered this really weird situation.

Have a coss partition besides aufs. Did a squid -k shutdown and then,
the size of the coss file increased by 1GB! I looked at cache.log,
nothing unusual during shutdown. When I started Squid later, URLs with
Vary objects in the coss file returned TCP_MISS. Squid was somehow
unable to read the new coss file (the larger one) and hence produced
TCP_MISS.

Has anyone come across this kind of situation, wherein after Squid
shutdown, size of the coss file increases by 1GB?

Thanks.
