i have update it and it dosent start :( :( :(
from 2.7 stable3 to 3.1.0.16
i have installed from tutorial INSTALL in the archive of 3.1.0.16

mistake:
/usr/local/squid/sbin/squid -N -d 1
...

faild to start!

Can you help me please
