[squid-users] Squid 3.1.0.16: FATAL: http(s)_port: TPROXY support in the system does not work

I just tried upgrading our 3.1.0.15 TPROXY servers to 3.1.0.16

I receive this error when trying to start squid :

does not work.
  FATAL: Bungled squid.conf line 45: http_port 8081 tproxy
  Squid Cache (Version 3.1.0.16): Terminated abnormally.
  CPU Usage: 0.008 seconds = 0.008 user + 0.000 sys
  Maximum Resident Size: 0 KB
  Page faults with physical i/o: 0

If I go back and "make install" the previous 3.1.0.15 version it starts fine

My system is Debian 5.0.4, with TPROXY custom compiled 2.6.31 kernel
