[squid-users] Cache Access Denied on squid/2.6.STABLE18

I created the squid.conf file for a server and my squid server was
running ok. When I switched to a different computer and tried to
authenticate everything stopped working and all I get is this:

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.google.com/

The following error was encountered:

Cache Access Denied.
Sorry, you are not currently allowed to request:

    http://www.google.com/
from this cache until you have authenticated yourself.

Please keep in mind that I'm building an anonymous proxy service so
that's why the "Paranoid anonymize" headers. Here's my squid config:
