Does Squid Have any Limitations on Hard Disk space used?

I don't think so, its rather depends of filesystem that You use for
cached objects.

Of course its possible to control disk usage with cache_dir for
example: cache_dir aufs /cache/ 100000 16 64 where 100000 is maximum
size of cache directory in MB.

You can control cache_dir /disk space usage with cache_swap_low and
cache_swap_high too.
