Not as far as I know of.
  If you are lucky the kernel may provide some fancy thing to add/remove
bypass rules when applications open or close their ports. Bypass would
be easy in that case.
  Once the request enters Squid it is already handled, even if rejected,
so there is no possibility of bypass on handling failures.
