Squid currently only uses OpenSSL for HTTPS. Unfortunately the OpenSSL
software license and the Squid GPLv2 software cannot be distributed
together.
OS distributions are prevented from packaging an HTTPS server-enabled
version of Squid which https_port requires.

You will have to built your own.
