Congratilatons, you have found the first ACL bug that message was
created to detect.
   Is this happening in a Squid release from us or is there a patch from
someone else involved?

The security error alert means that something with an optional ACL list
is not handling the case where the ACL list is missing.
  Squid is handling it as a FAIL result on lookup. Which might be
killing something you need to work.
