[squid-users] Report of visited sites? (No filtering, just reporting)

Hello,

I am sure this must be a common question... please excuse.

Does there exist a tool or example configuration that will enable me to log, and display in a nice "HR department friendly" format, the sites that users in our small office network are visiting?

We are already using OpenDNS for filtering, but we do need per-user (just ip address) reporting. No need for actual content caching, either.

Any suggestions?
