[squid-users] setsockopt(IP_TOS) not supported on this platform

I set tcp_outgoing_tos 0x30
And I keep getting error on cache log:
comm_open: setsockopt(IP_TOS) not supported on this platform

Thus the TOS is not working. Anyone fix it yet? Thanks
