You seem to have a Squid build with IPv6 in it. MacOS X uses a IPv6 stack
type (split-stack) which is not supported by Squid-3.1. This shows up as
errors sending IPv4 traffic into the IPv6-only network stack. A fix is
being tested for 3.2.
