You have places DansGuardian between Squid and the clients. This means
all traffic is arriving into Squid from DG which uses the IP 127.0.0.1.

There are a few solutions:

  1) move DG to the 'outside' of Squid. (Configure it as a parent
cache_peer of Squid which a traffic must go through.)

  2) make DG set the X-Forwarded-For header. Squid can then be
configured to process it and use the info set by DG in its ACLs and logs.
