Squid failed to connect to www1.euro.dell.com hosted on a machine at IP
address 77.67.28.145 using port 80.

It looks like it is being fetched direct instead of going through the
peer. It would be marking the peer IP and port if using the peer.

What you code in the config depends on your policies. What exactly are
you aiming to do? (and I do mean *exactly*).
