3.1.6 is available in Testing and Unstable repositories.

It has some problems remaining, Luigi informs me the next package will
only be 6-7 days before it hits Unstable and probably backports. Whether
that will be 3.1.7 or a new 3.1.6-2 will depend on the Debain Squeeze
release team.
