[squid-users] Squid LOAD

Dear mates,
We are having much load over the server running SQUID adding to that
the WHOLE of the 32GB of rams are consumed. Please check everything i
did paste and advice me what to do and if that configuration is Good
thank you in advance.
i will be pasting the configuration along with server specs and
cachemgr information

There are 3 Routers Natted to that server
approximate users : 2000 client

Server Specs:
32GB Rams
8 CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5420 @ 2.50GHz
12 x 1T HD (Raid 0 every hard disk)
