Under "Per-Protocol Statistics" OIDs:

  MISS = cacheProtoClientHttpRequests - cacheHttpHits
  HIT = cacheHttpHits

The individual cache storage locations are not accounted separately. So
MEM_HIT are not available.

The same details can be found under squidclient mgr:utilization with
various time-brackets of accumulation.
