Yes. emulate_httpd_log is obsolete in all the current Squid.

Instead nowdays you should use a format option on the log definition
line for each individual log output:
http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/config/access_log

Use the built-in log format called "common" where you want the Apache
httpd common format to be logged. Use format "squid" where you want the
Squid native format logged.
