Ouch, quite nasty. I've applied patches to handle this to 3.HEAD. It
should apply easily to earlier releases as well.

When the mirrors update it will be available at
http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v3/3.HEAD/changesets/squid-3-11220.patch
