Yes but when I hit those sites on firefox(which isn't going through squid) those sites work no problem. If I take the proxy out of IE and then try to hit say rush.com it works, but once the proxy is back in I get that error.

 They are not stopped by Squid. They are *refused* by the web server at 216.9.35.60.
